The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild’s Divine Beast Vah Medoh is so well protected that players looking to launch an early attack on it can’t even land on it, as one fan recently found out the hard way. In Breath Of The Wild, the Divine Beasts are four ancient and all-powerful creatures piloted by Hyrule's Champions and roam the various landscapes of Hyrule. One of Link’s missions in Breath Of The Wild is to free the Divine Beasts from Ganon’s control, which naturally requires him to defeat all four of them in combat first.
Players could choose to play through Breath Of The Wild without challenging the Divine Beasts, but a great deal of lore and character development for Hyrule’s Champions are tied to the titans, and Link will miss out on some very useful abilities like Revali's Gale and Urbosa's Fury. However, if Link chooses to liberate the Divine Beasts from Ganon's Calamity infection, he will be faced with a fierce battle befitting these ancient beings — and it seems that the Beasts are fully prepared for any sneak attacks that the hero might be planning.

The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild player and YouTuber Yeef recently tried to launch a surprise assault on the Divine Beast Vah Medoh by lifting Link into the sky with a log and a few well-placed Octo Balloons. Everything seems to be going according to plan at first, with Link gliding past the fierce winds that surround Vah Medoh and attempting to land on the Beast’s massive stone wing…only to completely phase through and fall into the abyss.
