The buffet of new games coming to Xbox Game Pass in July includes three returning Yakuza titles and the strangely satisfying PowerWash Simulator. Microsoft's subscription service gives players access to a huge library of different games, ranging from AAA juggernauts to experimental indie titles. Xbox Game Pass added Assassin's Creed Origins and For Honorin June, and this month a whole new lineup of new titles is on the way.
Sega's beloved Yakuza series lets players become a Japanese gangster by combining genres like open-world action, turn-based role-play and action beat 'em up. Most entries in the franchise put players in the shoes of Kazuma Kiryu, a reformed gangster who seeks to leave his life of crime behind to become a benefit to society. 2015's Yakuza 0 serves as a prequel to the first game, taking players to 1988 for one of Kiryu's earliest criminal escapades. The 2016 follow-up Yakuza Kiwami serves as a modernized remake of the series' first installment, with both games and Yakuza Kiwami 2 coming to Xbox Game Pass back in 2020 before leaving the service in December 2021.

An Xbox Wire post reveals every title coming to Xbox Game Pass in July 2022, with the roster including both new and returning titles. The subscription service will bring back Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2 after the three games were removed at the end of last year. The Yakuza trilogy is available on Game Pass today, alongside puzzle game Last Call BBS. On July 14 PowerWash Simulator, which sees players step into the waterproof boots of a power washer, will be available as a day-one addition.
