Xbox Wire has confirmed that Assassin's Creed Origins andFor Honor: Marching Fire Edition will join Xbox Game Pass in early June. The arrival of AC Origins and For Honor on Game Pass was previously teased on the service's "Coming Soon" page a little over a week ago, though Microsoft itself hadn't made an official announcement. Assassin's Creed Origins' addition seems especially timely, given the imminent release of a 60fps patch for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
May marks the end of a good month of Xbox Game Pass offers for both PC and console subscribers. Earlier in the month, Game Pass subscribers received access to a trio of noteworthy experiences, namely the enthralling side-scroller Trek to Yomi, Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising, and Evil Dead: The Game — the latter of which released day-and-date on the streaming platform. Xbox Game Pass rounded out May by adding yet another day-and-date launch to the lineup with Sniper Elite 5. It's clear the popular Xbox subscription service has another promising month of offers on board for June, too.

As previously hinted, two Ubisoft titles will land on Xbox Game Pass next month — Assassin's Creed Origins andFor Honor: Marching Fire Edition. An Xbox Wire post notes that cloud, console, and PC subscribers can expect For Honor to arrive on June 1, complete with the endless PvE experience in Arcade Mode, the 4v4 PvP mode known as Breach, and much more. Cloud, console, and PC users will gain access to the Ancient Egypt-set AC Origins the following week on June 7.
