World of Warcraft: Shadowlands brought many new novelties to the game, from Torghast to Covenant abilities, but the final zone of the expansion tries to hearken back to the more nostalgic gameplay loops such as those found in Timeless Isle or the Argus zones from Legion. One of the ways Zereth Mortis emulates those zones is by introducing puzzles and treasures that reward exploration and problem-solving. Sometimes players need an extra nudge, however, and there is nothing wrong with perusing a guide for a point in the right direction.
Treasures in Zereth Mortis grant plenty of neat cosmetic rewards, and to obtain their desirable contents, sometimes players need special tools to pry them open. Such is very much the case when it comes to opening a Crushed Supply Crate. To get their hands on the loot awaiting within, World of Warcraft players must first make their way to the treasure's location shown on the map below, where they will find the Crushed Supply Crate buried underneath a large, immovable pile of rocks.

In order to break through the boulders barring the way, players in World of Warcraft will have to interact with a small, easy-to-miss Repair Tool hanging off a crevice just above the Crushed Supply Crate. Looting the green-plated cylinder will give players a Roaming Repair Tool item, which will allow them to talk to the distressed automa named Hiu Fi found northeast from the pile of rocks where the treasure lies buried.
Interacting with the triangular-shaped Hiu Fi after obtaining the Roaming Repair Tool will allow players to trade it in for the Jiro Hammer, a tool better suited for their task in prying
