Blizzard announced the next World of Warcraft expansion back in April, and now Dragonflight(Opens in a new window) is available to pre-purchase in three digital editions, two complete collections, and a physical collection.
The three digital editions can be pre-purchased either in-game or via the Blizzard Shop(Opens in a new window). Which one you choose depends on the bonus items you desire:

The physical option is called the Dragonflight Epic Edition Collector's Set and costs $129.99. It contains everything from the Epic Edition detailed above, but adds The Art of Dragonflight hardback art book, an Alexstrasza mouse pad, and a Dragonflight five-pin collector's set. Finally, we have two complete collections, which are also confusingly called Heroic Edition and Epic Edition(Opens in a new window). They include every base expansion released to date as well as access to Dragonflight. The two complete collections break down as follows:
