There's a strong possibility that Daredevil will appear in Marvel's She-Hulk: Attorney At Law thanks to potentially being set up in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Debuting Jennifer Walters who balances her work as a lawyer with her new role as a green-skinned Hulk, the first teaser trailer for She-Hulk confirms that those two roles will be just as tied to each other as they are in the comics. Keeping that in mind, it's very possible that Matt Murdock's Daredevil could make an appearance now.
In the new She-Hulk trailer, Jennifer Walters is introduced as a lawyer who'd prefer to be normal like everyone else who isn't superpowered. However, being the cousin of Bruce Banner has come with a new status quo. In the comics, Jennifer was shot and needed a blood transfusion that only Bruce could give, saving her life despite the blood's gamma-irradiated properties. Seeing as how the trailer shows Bruce helping Jennifer adjust to her new powers and green skin, a similar origin will likely be taking place in the MCU. It's also revealed that Jennifer's firm is putting her in charge of a new superhuman law division.

She-Hulk primarily represents superheroes in the comics, so heading this new division in her upcoming MCU series makes sense. It's also the perfect opportunity for Matt Murdock to make an appearance, Marvel's other resident superhero/lawyer. First starring in his own Netflix series that was eventually canceled after three seasons, Murdock's Daredevil was reintegrated into the MCU proper with Spider-Man: No Way Home. As such, She-Hulk seems like it would be the ideal space for an appearance from Daredevil's alter ego, perhaps in the courtroom going toe-to-toe with Walters herself.
