Why Welcome To Plathville Fans Think Olivia Hijacked The Family Trip
Viewers of Welcome to Plathville found themselves once again disappointed with Olivia Plath's actions after she decided to invite herself to their personal family outing. Olivia and her husband, Ethan Plath, have been working on their relationship since the first season, and it seems this incident didn't help. While it may have been nice for Olivia to go with the flow, she couldn't stop herself from being controlling.
For four seasons, Welcome to Plathville fans have watched Olivia struggle to blend into the large Plath family. Kim and Barry Plath made it known that they did not like Ethan's wife and felt, at times, that evil spirits possessed her. Ethan and Olivia were raised in similar homes that upheld extreme conservative Christian values. Ethan wasn't allowed to watch TV, eat sugar, or date, while Olivia was granted more freedom. Ethan's sheltered ways have hurt Olivia more than once, but somehow the couple is still together. Welcome to Plathville season 4 has shown Ethan lying to Olivia about a car, but Olivia crashing a family gathering is what caused fans to call her out.

During a brand new episode of Welcome to Plathville, viewers were shocked that Olivia decided she wanted to tag along on Ethan and Moriah's trip back to Cairo, Georgia. The whole premise of the drive was to visit their brother Joshua's grave. Fans were outraged with Olivia because she didn't mind if Barry and the rest of the Plath siblings attended, except for Kim. It was hard for fans to wrap their minds around the idea of Olivia telling Kim, who is the mourning mother, that she wasn't welcomed at the cemetery. <a
