Elizabeth Olsen explains why she still hasn't gotten around to watching Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness yet. Continuing her story arc from WandaVision which ended with her studying the the Darkhold, Olsen's Wanda Maximoff returns to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the primary villain of the Doctor Strange sequel. The new film follows Benedict Cumberbatch's titular sorcerer as he protects the multiverse-hopping America Chavez from Scarlett Witch who wishes to harness the teenager's power in order to reunite with her faux-children, Billy and Tommy, whom Wanda created during her time in Westview.
As one of the most anticipated movies of the year, audiences were quick to watch Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as soon as possible. Doctor Strange 2was a huge hit at the box office, as many people went to the theater on opening weekend to avoid spoilers. Some were lucky enough to see the film early, before it was released to the public. Marvel is known for putting together extravagant world premiere events for their blockbusters, which are typically attended by members of the cast and crew as they all watch the final picture together. But despite her starring role, Olsen has yet to watch the movie.
