Dormant Void Angels are optional boss fights that spawn in all Zariman missions. Each mission is guaranteed to spawn one Dormant Void Angel, although they're quite hard to find; Angels are not marked on your HUD or minimap unless you're completing an Angel-related bounty, and they tend to spawn in the corners of large tiles.
Defeating Dormant Void Angels is important for progressing The Holdfasts Syndicate, as they drop Voidplume Pinions on death.
