On The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki Gunvalson was known for being expressive when she got upset, and she has had many dramatic outbursts on the show. Since season 1, Vicki was the OG of RHOC, and quickly became renowned for her type-A personality. The mom of two ran her own insurance agency, and worked alongside her RHOC castmate Lauri Peterson during the inaugural season.
Drama seemed to follow Vicki wherever she went, and she had many feuds with her fellow The Real Housewives of Orange County stars. She was loud and opinionated, which often rubbed her castmates the wrong way. She also liked to hold the title of “OG” over new cast members’ heads, and was slow to warm up to them, especially the younger stars like Meghan King and Lydia McLaughlin.

After fourteen seasons, Vicki was let go from RHOC, along with long-time housewife, Tamra Judge. While some fans were tired of Vicki’s tone-deaf ways, others felt that the show wasn’t the same without her. Although Vicki was often overly dramatic, viewers admit that her outbursts made for good television.
Fans can’t forget Vicki’s first outburst in RHOC season 1, at a car rental company. She had been stressed about leaving work and getting her kids packed for a family vacation. On the day of the trip, she called a car service for a ride to the airport, but they sent a small van. Fans watched as Vicki flipped out over the phone, and screeched to the poor person on the other line, “I said 12 bags, six people! We are going on a cruise for two and a half weeks…This is ridiculous!"
