Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has started the online application process for Combined State Upper Subordinate Services Examination-2022 on the official website uppsc.up.nic.in. The aspirants who are preparing for state services exam can apply for UPPSC PCS exam 2022 on or before Apr 12, 2022. As many as 250 vacant seats are announced for the UPPCS state service exam, 2022. Candidates qualifying the examination will be appointed as Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Block Development Officer, Assistant Commissioner (commercial tax) and District Commandant (Homeguards), and others.
It must be noted that PCS (Preliminary) Examination-2022 is proposed to be held on June 12 while the PCS (Main) Examination-2022 is scheduled to be held on September 27, 2022 tentatively. Check out the UPPSC PCS exam 2022 eligibility criteria, application process and other crucial details
Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any field from a recognised university by the last date of submitting the application.
Age Limit: The candidates must not be below 21 years or exceed 40 years as on July 1, 2022. The upper age limit is relaxed for reserved categories as per government norms.
The competitive examination for the UPPSC PCS 2022 comprises three stages - Preliminary Examination (Objective Type & Multiple choice), Main Examination (Conventional Type, i.e. Written examination) and Viva- Voce (Personality Test). Candidates will have to qualify the preliminary exam in order to sit for UPPSC PCS main exam 2022.
