Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has invited inline application from eligible candidates to fill up the posts of Assistant Fisheries Officer posts in Group-B of Odisha Fisheries Cadre under Fisheries and ARD Department. As many as 177 vacant posts are announced for this recruitment exam. The pay scale in these government jobs is 44900 with Dearness allowance. The application process would begin from April 4, 2022 and will continue till May 11, 2022. Educational Qualification: The applicant must hold a Bachelor degree in Fishery Science (B.F.Sc.) from any recognized University in India or abroad.
Age Limit: A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not exceed 38 years as on January 1, 2022. Relaxation will be given to reserved categories as per government norms.
The selected candidates will get paid in the pay scale of ₹44,900 in Level-10 of ORSP Rules, 2017 with usual Dearness allowance and more sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.
The candidates will be selected for the abovementioned posts on the basis of written examination followed by a Viva Voce test.
