In a new video posted on YouTube, the independent developers from TeaserPlay reveal a concept trailer for an open world Peaky Blinders game built in Unreal Engine 5. The trailer shows off characters and locations from the popular British crime drama and provides a tantalizing glimpse of what it would be like to explore the show’s version of 1920s Birmingham, England.

Loosely inspired by a real-life Birmingham youth gang of the same name that operated during that time period, the show became a hit with viewers and critics alike and recently finished its sixth and final season. A spin-off film based on the series is in the works, and London-based developer Maze Theory is creating a Peaky Blinders VR game titled Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom set for release later this year.
