This one hit turns out to be more powerful than xQc expects as his opponent, a Vtuber that streams under the name girl_dm_, quickly dispatches him with the free hit advantage.

The Twitch Rivals administrators in the 2v2 Elden Ring event never specified what would happen after the free attack for girl_dm_, causing Twitch streamer xQc to expect that he would have time to react to the swing. After girl_dm_ hit xQc with a heavy and light attack, his Tarnished is defeated, and he asks for clarification on why girl_dm_ took two swings. According to girl_dm_, they were expecting xQc to fight back or defend himself after the initial heavy attack, a misunderstanding that led xQc to question whether or not the match could be reset so that they could once again be on equal footing, but he was denied.
