The NBA player was spotted on the Greek island just one day after the baby news broke, making it clear Khloé was not on his mind. According to reports, the former couple is expecting a baby boy who was conceived in November. The timeline reveals that Khloé did not know about Tristan's paternity scandal with personal trainer Maralee Nichols until after she'd already decided to have a surrogate baby with him.
