This is the first TMNT: Shredder's Revenge gameplay video focusing on the rat ninja master's movement and fighting style since the title was originally revealed in the spring of last year.
TMNT: Shredder's Revenge will not be the first game of its kind; it will be following the iconic 1991 arcade beat-em-up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles In Time, in which players were able to take control of all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as they punched, kicked, and slashed their way through a series of intimidating enemies. The game could be played solo but was more often than not enjoyed by multiple players, with each individual gamer controlling one of the turtles. While Turtles In Time is perhaps the most iconic video game based on this property, it is far from the only one. These beloved characters have been featured in a number of action games over the years, even appearing as TMNT fighters in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.

The classic cartoon gang of lovable fighters is returning to its side-scroller roots with TMNT: Shredder's Revenge, this time with a little help from Master Splinter.
