So when TimtheTatman picked the Los Angeles Rams to win Super Bowl 56, fans thought it would lead to a bad omen.
There is a history behind TimtheTatman's jinx. At the start of the 2021-22 NFL Season, TimTheTatman, an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, prematurely celebrated a win against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before Tom Terrific led an amazing game-winning drive with 7 seconds left, crushing Tim's hopes and becoming a mockery on social media thanks to ESPN grabbing the screenshot.

Fast-forward to the NFL Playoffs, TimtheTatman has unsuccessfully picked every team leading up to the Super Bowl. His Cowboys lost in the first round. He tweeted, «Can't wait to see the (San Francisco) 49ers get destroyed by the (Green Bay) Packers.» Packers lost in a defensive standoff 13-10. He tries to mock his jinx moniker and picked the Buccaneers to beat the Rams and Buffalo Bills to beat the Kansas City Chiefs. Both of those games went the opposite of his picks, with the Bucs' loss being the final game of Tom Brady's career.
He attempted to shake off the jinx again for the conference championship games as he picks the 49ers (who he also tapped as his Super Bowl favorites) and the Chiefs to win. Of course, both those teams lose. The Chiefs' loss is especially tough because they were ahead 17-7
