This War of Mine is currently heavily discounted on all platforms as developer 11 Bit Studios has pledged all the game's proceeds to the Ukranian Red Cross following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Over the next seven days, all profits from both the game and its DLC across all platforms and storefronts will go towards victims of war in Ukraine.
11 Bit Studios announced the news via a statement posted to its official Twitter account earlier today. The developer took a stand against Russia's invasion, driving home that "war kills people" and "devastates their lives and homes."

There's not much we can do besides hope that the people in Ukraine stay safe, but donating if you can is definitely useful if you feel like you want to help in some way. Donating like this is also a pretty sure fire way to definitely get your money to those who need it, as there are reports of bogus donation methods cropping up on Twitter and online.
If you want to help out and pick up This War of Mine, the game is available on pretty much every platform including PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and even mobile. Those with next-gen consoles can also purchase the game and play it via backwards compatibility. You can also gift the game on Steam if you already own it. Just as a reminder, no matter which platform or store you buy the game from, your money will go to the Ukranian Red Cross which is helping Ukranian citizens affected by Russia's invasion.
