This Is Us star Sterling K. Brown discusses Randall's mindset going into the season 6 finale. The long-awaited episode will also be the show's last as it wraps up its run after 106 episodes. This Is Us season 6 has served as a protracted farewell to the Pearsons, especially the Big Three, who have experienced major life events in recent episodes. Kate divorced Toby, her partner for most of the series, and remarried Phillip. The episode proved especially big for Randall, as he struggled to find the right words given his close relationship with his mom. He also learned the good news about Deja's pregnancy, experiencing emotional whiplash of sorts throughout the hour.
