It's official, Halloween is just around the corner, and Ryan Murphy has come prepared. Netflix has debuted a teaser trailer for their upcoming series The Watcher featuring Jennifer Coolidge selling what looks like a picture-perfect home however, Coolidge delivers some ominous descriptions about the home and neighborhood.
Ryan Murphy's new limited series is inspired by the chilling real-life story of the Watcher House in New Jersey. Back in 2014 the Broaddus family bought the lovely home and made some renovations, however due to chilling letters they received they never got to live in their new home. In the teaser, Coolidge is an upbeat real estate agent describing all the amenities that come with the $3 million home. One of those amenities includes a dumbwaiter elevator that is «big enough to fit a body» and a «watcher» who knows every square inch of the home. Wow, isn't this home just lovely, who wouldn't want to live here?

The new limited series will shed some light on the high-profile story about the family from New Jersey who had to abandon their home in the wake of chilling letters that were sent to their home. According to The Cut one of the three letters they received read: «It has been years and years since the young blood ruled the hallways of the house. Have you found all the secrets it holds yet? Will the young blood play in the basement? Or are they too afraid to go down there alone? I would [be] very afraid if I were them. It is far away from the rest of the house. If you were upstairs you would never hear them scream.» It continues, «Will they sleep in the attic? Or will all of you sleep on the second floor? Who has the bedroom facing
