Genshin Impact 3.0 is nearly here, and miHoYo just spilled all the details, including the release date!
As a major expansion of sorts, 3.0 will add the new Sumeru region into the mix, and will likely force players into new conflicts with the Fatui. Here are the core tenets of what you’re getting day one, plus all the updates that will follow in the 3.0 line:
We got that info too! Studio miHoYo has confirmed that it will launch on August 24. We’ll also get updates on September 28, November 2, and December 7, so the cadence is a little earlier than usual (one week earlier, each).
As a reminder, Genshin Impact 2.0 (which brought the Inazuma region to the table) came out on July 20, 2021, so we’re just over a year out since the last major “expansion-sized” update.
