The Mandalorian is one of Disney Plus' most beloved series, and it is gearing up for its upcoming third season that is expected to be released sometime this year. Recently, fans got a look at some brand new never-before-seen concept art from the second season of the show.
The Mandalorian takes place after Episdoe VI: Return of the Jedi and before Episode VII: The Force Awakens,so the show has a lot of room for storytelling because there's a huge time difference between both films. This is also what makes the show well receieved, as there is plenty of room for things to happen that don't interfere with the most recent storyline from the movies. As of now, all the Star Wars shows that have been coming out have been avoided going too far into the future.
