The Challenge: CT Says He’s in ‘The Dog House’ After Fueling Breakup Rumors
Chris «CT» Tamburello is addressing the recent divorce rumors he fueled that put The Challenge winner "in the dog house" with his wife. He recently sent fans into a frenzy after posting lyrics from a breakup song. But CT cleared up the post admitting it wasn't misunderstood. CT just likes the song, he wasn't hinting at divorcing his wife.
CT and Lili Solares tied the knot in Florida in September 2018. The nuptials aired in an MTV special highlighting the romantic side of The Real World alum. The marriage came two years after CT and Lili welcomed their son CJ together. The couple hit a rough patch during the lockdown and in December 2020 CT announced their separation. A few months later, CT teased their reconciliation by sharing photos of their time in Puerto Rico together.

But CT sent fans for a loop after he seemingly hinted at another breakup. Over the weekend, he posted a video PSA clearing up his post from the night before that fueled divorce rumors. "I ❤️ My Wife #muymucho," CT captioned the post. In the short video, the seven-time show winner confirmed that he and Lili are "not breaking up." CT apologized to anyone who was misled «into believing that we were breaking up, that was not my intention,” the MTV star said. „I’m away filming and we were in between scenes, I was listening to some music and I like that song, I like that remix, so I figured I’d post it why now and didn’t think anything of it,“CT explained. But he notes that after going to sleep, he woke up to learn he was „in the dog house“ with his wife.
