90 Day Fiancé alum Geoffrey Paschel has been sentenced to 18 years in prison, but it doesn't mean his fiancée Varya Malina will leave the United States. After getting engaged to the Knoxville resident, Varya finally arrived in America at the beginning of last year. She didn't reveal much information about what kind of visa she received but told 90 Day Fiancé viewers she is living in the country legally. When they asked Varya how she is able to afford to live in America, she revealed that she sold her apartment in Russia.
The former radio presenter started living in Pensacola, Florida and finally called America her home in August 2021. Since Geoffrey is still reportedly married to his estranged fourth wife, Brittany Paschel, viewers think Varya may have been issued a Green Card through the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program, also called DV Lottery. In 2021, the Russian native was probably looking forward to appearing on a 90 Day Fiancé spin-off with Geoffrey, but he was found guilty of assaulting his ex-lover, Kristen Wilson.
