The voice actors behind the iconic mercenaries of Team Fortress 2 engage with fans fairly frequently, and now they've released an in-character video searching for a sandvich. The video was recorded recently when several of the Team Fortress 2 voice actors were united at PAX West as the convention's guests.

Team Fortress 2 Gets New Update, But the Game's Biggest Problem Remains

In a video uploaded by Robin Atkin Downes, the voice of The Medic in Team Fortress 2, the voice actors of the Heavy, Sniper, Medic, and The Administrator appear in a deli searching for a sandwich. Of course, fans of the game know that sandwiches are one of Heavy's favorite things, with a 'Sandvich' even serving as a healing item that he can equip and share with his teammates. That's what makes it so hilarious when the team is upset at the lack of sandwich offerings at the store they're in.

In the video, the Heavy (Gary Schwartz) speaks first, expressing dismay as to where the sandwich is. The Sniper (John Patrick Lowrie) then expresses similar distaste at the excuse for a sandwich they see in front of them, while the Administrator (Ellen McLain) simply quips, «Victory.» The camera pivots to Robin Atkin Downes as the Medic as he anxiously inquires about whether the deli has wiener schnitzel, to which the employees seem to show amused bewilderment.
