Minecraft fans have likely been anxiously awaiting the reveal of the next Minecraft Live event, and now it's been officially revealed in a trailer. With Minecraft ever evolving and adding spin-off titles like Minecraft Dungeons to the list of games to play, there's bound to be some exciting announcements made during the show.
Minecraft Live in 2021 led to the addition of some new exciting content for the base game, mostly coming in the form The Wild Update. Minecraft Live 2021 included the ability to vote for which mob would be added to the game next, and that vote is reflected in the new trailer.
Minecraft Player Recreates Famous Moment from The Office
Mojang and Microsoft have now released an official teaser trailer for Minecraft Live 2022, and it's quite amusing. The video starts out with one of the game's newest mobs, frogs, casually jamming to music playing in the background as they walk through various areas and biomes from the titles. Over the course of the video, various Minecraft mobs (friendly and unfriendly alike) join the parade, as the frogs continue to jam out. Things turn for the worse when a Warden gets involved, but the party ultimately continues up until the crowd encounters an Allay that leads them to a train heading to Minecraft Live 2022.
Minecraft Live 2022 is set to take place on October 15, starting at noon EDT. Fans can tune in on just about any internet-capable device to watch what's in store, and the event will be holding another mob voting event, just like before, but this time players will be able to vote for their favorite in-game through the launcher or on a specific server. Fans can also expect to see information regarding Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Legends.
