The long-awaited sequel to Valiant Force is about to open its servers in the South East Asia region, with the Valiant Force 2 release date set for tomorrow, February 16th.
The new title brings the player back to the Kingdom Of Arathos, and there are whole new problems to deal with. The Crystal of Arathos has disappeared, and its guardian Leon Duracan has failed in his duty.
Enter the protagonist, idealistic knight Elise Arkwright and her buddies Maeve and Felix. Elise is out to play the heroic knight and save the Kingdom. Things aren’t quite that simple though. The young knight will find out that matters in Arathos are a lot more complex than she thought.

It’s not only the gameplay that has something reminiscent of Final Fantasy Tactics either. The soundtrack is composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto, who scored both Final Fantasy Tactics and Final Fantasy XII.
Pre-registration is available via the official website. Pre-download is not online at the time of writing, though the developers have confirmed that they are working on getting a pre-download ready, so it’s worth keeping an eye on the Google Play listing if you want to slide in before the rush starts.
