Supernatural made a historic 15 season run on the CW, centering around brothers Sam and Dean Winchester, who are a pair of monster hunters. Sam and Dean were played by many actors, but the primary versions of the characters were portrayed by Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, respectively. Many other monster hunters were introduced throughout the show's run, and this included Bobby. Bobby was an old friend of John Winchester (Sam and Dean's father) and became a mentor figure for the brothers.
