Superman & Lois and Supergirl reunite in stunning Arrowverse crossover art, focusing on the early days of the respective Kryptonians. Since 2015, several Kryptonians have made their way into The CW's Arrowverse, as the House of El got their latest depiction in live-action. While Supergirl may have gotten its start on CBS, its more extensive legacy was as part of The CW after the network picked it up for season 2. During Supergirl season 2 is when Tyler Hoechlin's Arrowverse Superman made his debut next to Melissa Benoist's Kara Zor-El.
While Supergirl came to its end last year after six seasons, the Girl of Steel's cousin is keeping the Kryptonian presence alive through Superman & Lois. Following Hoechlin and Bitsie Tulloch's Clark Kent and Lois Lane, respectively, the Supergirl spinoff focuses on the couple balancing their parental and professional duties. Currently in season 2, Superman & Lois is one of the few remaining Arrowverse shows on The CW after the network cancelled Batwoman, Legends of Tomorrow, and DC TV newcomer Naomi this year. Since Supergirl's conclusion, there have been a lot of hopes for a Superman & Lois Arrowverse crossover, with characters from the latter appearing on the former.
