Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is an upcoming remake of the Harvest Moon gamesA Wonderful Lifeand Another Wonderful Life, coming to Switch in summer 2023. There are already a lot of new additions shown for the game, such as character customization and same-sex marriage. There will likely be some new faces in Forgotten Valley, but for now there are a lot of familiar faces in the reveal trailer and on Japan's Bokumono website.
Story of Seasons and Harvest Moon veterans may have some expectations on which characters they'd like to see in the upcoming title. It looks like the bachelors and bachelorettes from the previous games are coming back with updated designs, and there may be more yet unannounced. There are also some familiar creatures like Mukumuku, as well as families like Nina and Galen.

In terms of bachelorettes, the Bokumono website has Lumina, Nami, Molly, and Cecilia listed, with Molly being an updated version of Muffy and Lumina being a bachelorette from A Wonderful Life's special edition. The confirmed bachelors are Gustafa, Rock, and Matthew from Another Wonderful Life, with Martin being renamed Matthew. However, since there are four bachelorettes, there will likely be a fourth bachelor who is yet unconfirmed (fans are guessing it will be the new male character shown in the trailer with a child, who could be the redesign of an old character named Cody).
