Stardew Valley Friendship Guide: Pierre
Pierre is one of the first villagers that players will encounter in Pelican Town in Stardew Valley, mainly because he's the shopkeeper of Pierre's General Store. The majority of players will likely side with him in the fight against JojaMart, despite Pierre still having somewhat questionable business strategies at times.

Pierre might not be the best person in Stardew Valley, but he's an extremely important vendor who helps players get started on their farm thanks to his evolving stock of seeds to plant. Befriending him is somewhat easy thanks to his predictable schedule, provided players have the right gifts to give and complete his quests.
Though Pierre is a vendor in Stardew Valley, he can be interacted with like any other villager and has his own schedule. Luckily, his schedule is one of the easiest. He will almost always, without failure, show up at his store to sell his wares. For an extra friendship boost, offer him a gift during his birthday, which is on Spring 26.
Pierre is extremely picky with his loved gifts, making him a surprisingly difficult villager to please. This balances out the fact that he's relatively easy to find compared to other villagers due to his simple and repetitive schedule. These loved gifts will increase his friendship by 80 points.
Pierre's liked gifts are perhaps the easiest ones in the game to get. Considering that Stardew Valley's first year begins in spring, players can start to increase their friendship with Pierre with the following foraged spring items right from the start. These will provide a 45-point friendship increase.
