Writer/director James Gunn confirms that Chris Pratt's Star-Lord will not have Celestial powers in the in-production Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
Pratt returns for the Marvel Cinematic Universe threequel alongside teammates Zoe Saldaña, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff and Sean Gunn. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will also introduce Will Poulter to the MCU as Adam Warlock after teasing his arrival in one of the post-credits scenes for the 2017 sequel.
