Radiation Damage is one thing you will be forced to face in , and while you will be told how to fix that, you can suddenly find yourself constantly accumulating Radiation Poisoning no matter where you are and how much you heal yourself even in safe zones. This can be confusing and look like a bug, but there is actually a way to fix it.
With thelaunch of being a little buggy, you might think that this constant radiation is one of those bugs and something that the next patch or update will fix. However, this is not the case and the game will not outwardly explain why this is happening. Figuring out how to fix this will save you from consuming all of your Radiation Protection and save your game from feeling too difficult.
As it turns out, artifacts in are the main cause of your radiation damage issue. While you are told that the artifacts are quite helpful, and the menu screen is vague about whether you will get more radiation damage or less using a particular artifact, some of them can be quite dangerous to wear around. This is because some of them have both positive and negative outcomes, and you should pay attention to which those are.
