Nintendo kept the Not-E3 vibes going this week with their latest Nintendo Direct stream, bringing with it some great surprise announcements. They’re still holding off on announcing the Nintendo Switch 2, but there’s plenty for Switch 1 owners to look forward to through the rest of this year.
Oh, also Shadow of the Erdtree has happened, but we didn’t get review code early, so we’ll talk about that next week.

Turning to games of the future, I checking in on the piratical twist of Cat Quest 3, before stepping back into the past for Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake, which is shaping up to be a fantastic way to revisit the classic RPG.
