For those wondering about the player's outfit, the user has said that they are using the «Cloaks of Skyrim» mod, which, as the name suggests, is an add-on for the game that implements almost 100 cloaks. When asked where they even got a guard's outfit from in the first place, ScoobertDoobert34 assured those in the comments that they acquired it from an already dead NPC who had lost their life during a vampire attack in Solitude.
