There have been many editions of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. The Anniversary Edition includes more content for players to enjoy, especially in the form of mods. There, players will eventually find two books on a table. One of them will be the Heretic's Dossier Blacksmith's Confessional. Once these steps have been completed, players will have officially started the Ghosts of the Tribunal content and can begin to proceed to the puzzle.
