Skate 4 will reportedly let players create skateparks together online.
Despite EA's best attempts, everyone knows that a Skate 4 playtest is currently taking place, with some footage of the game even leaking earlier in the week. Some of the players currently getting hands-on time with the game are reporting what they've played, revealing some interesting gameplay features and details that EA was likely saving for the game's full reveal.

As reported by VentureBeat, one of the big new gameplay features that'll reportedly be featured in Skate 4 is the ability to add skatepark elements to the environment with other players online in real-time. Previous Skate games have allowed the player to add in bars, ramps, and more into the world in set areas, and it seems as if Skate 4 is taking that to the next level by turning it into an online social feature. Grubb also revealed that the world will be called "Fun City", which seems apt.
VentureBeat reporter Jeff Grubb went into a bit more detail on some of the modes that'll feature in Skate 4. As transcribed by VGC, Grubb said, "Where that stuff should shine is the other side of this, which is sort of this collaborative online free skate mode that does sound very good. This is a mode where you are hanging out with your friends or anyone else who is going to hop onto the server, and then anyone on the server can say, ‘hey, does anyone want to try and lay down some tricks with me over here on this thing?"
