Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have been patiently waiting for Daredevil’s official introduction. While Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock has already made an appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home, the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen hasn’t donned his suit in the MCU just yet. That is about to change pretty soon with She-Hulk finally bringing him into the fold. However, considering how much his appearance has already been promoted, is his arrival going to be underwhelming?
Before She-Hulk even premiered, Marvel had already revealed that Daredevil would make an appearance in the series. He was even included in one of the trailers, and was seen wearing his yellow and black suit, true to the comics. While adding footage of him in the trailer definitely increased the hype for the latest Marvel series, was it a disservice to the fans? Perhaps the studio should have kept Daredevil’s arrival more under wraps, instead of revealing his inclusion early on.
She-Hulk: How Does The Shorter Runtime Affect The Pacing?
Five episodes in, and She-Hulk still hasn’t introduced Daredevil to the waiting fans. Week after week, fans complain about how the character hasn’t been brought in yet, worried that the show will let him be a passing cameo. Towards the end of the latest episode though, his arrival is teased by a glimpse of his new costume. But, the studio has already revealed the entire look in the trailer, making the new episode fall short on fan expectations once again.
In the latest She-Hulk episode, the titular character’s friend Nikki Ramos asks for assistance from “the guy who makes clothing for superheroes,” a.k.a the Drip Broker. She’s looking out for her friend, and wants to get her some clothing that would adapt to both her Jennifer Walters
