The hit retro-flavoured RPG Sea of Stars has been teasing its upcoming DLC for a while now, but developer Sabotage Studio has finally given us a substantial update. Named Throes of the Watchmaker, this story DLC now has a release window of Spring 2025, and what's more, it'll be available free of charge for all players.
Throes of the Watchmaker is a new adventure in which Zale and Valere must travel to a miniature clockwork world in order to rescue it from a cursed carnival. There, the pair have to adapt to their new surroundings, manifesting in new classes for each of them; Zale becomes a juggler, while Valere becomes an acrobat. They're also joined by a third playable character: Arty.
As well as new classes to master, the DLC features all new locations, enemies, bosses, puzzles, and music. It's unclear exactly how big this extra adventure will be, but it seems pretty robust. It'll also support the upcoming three-player local co-op, allowing you and a couple of pals to play through it together.

@SodaPop6548 The Messenger got trophies for its free DLC, so this one might also get a few when this DLC hits.
I platinumed this on PS Plus, it’s just
