The Scream 2022 digital and home video release date and special features details arrive from Paramount including multiple deleted scenes. Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Marley Shelton and Roger L. Jackson all return for Scream alongside franchise newcomers Melissa Barrera, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Dylan Minnette and Kyle Gallner. Hailing from Ready or Not duo Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, also known as Radio Silence, the slasher sequel hit theaters this past January to largely positive reviews from critics and audiences alike for its honoring of Wes Craven's legacy, continued meta-commentary on its genre and gruesome kills. Scream has also been a financial hit for Paramount, grossing over $137 million against its $24 million budget to become the sixth highest-grossing film of the year thus far.
