Samuel L. Jackson teases his return as Nick Fury for a mystery Marvel Cinematic Universe project. From the moment Nick Fury appeared in Iron Man's post-credits scene, Jackson's character has played an integral role in the shared universe. He appeared in five of the six Phase 1 MCU movies in some capacity, but his presence has dwindled a bit since then, especially after the fall of SHIELD.
