No idea on that, but rumours emerging out of South Korea suggest Samsung has big plans for its Galaxy S series flagships in the future and it could help take on the Apple iPhone in a crucial area — performance.
Based on a report from Inews24 and shared by tipster IceUniverse, it is said that Samsung was not happy with the whole drama on the GOS scandal that plagued the Galaxy S22 series. This was especially disturbing for them since the company had made big promises with its Exynos 2200 chip being a powerful chip over the Snapdragon equivalent. Samsung was also unhappy with the insufficient yields and poor thermal management issues on both the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Exynos 2200 chips. All of this led to some discussions within Samsung, which now pushed the design teams to work on a custom chipset.

Hence, just like Apple designing its own A series chips for the iPhone, Samsung will now design its own chips for the Galaxy S. Unlike the current crop of Exynos chips that are shared with Motorola and Vivo, Samsung will reserve these exclusive chips for its Galaxy S devices only.
What remains to be seen is whether Samsung brings back its defunct CPU design team that used to make custom CPU cores for Samsung Exynos chips prior to 2020. The Galaxy S and Note devices of yesteryears had different custom chips but Samsung eventually switched to the ARM designed cores.
