Zabriskie Research is Rollerdrome's penultimate mission. So, it only makes sense that they would throw everything at us for this one. For starters, we are no longer given the luxury of a smaller arena where we can get to everything in a hop, skip, and a grind. Instead, we are placed in a giant chasm, where ending up on the other end of the stage will mean having to make a pretty tricky shot with your Z-11 (or losing your combo).

The challenges here are all pretty fun. These are some of the quirkier challenges in the game. At least one of them will force you to approach Zabriskie Research in a pretty novel manner. And, of course, we are here to see you through each and every one of these challenges. Including, of course, that stage-wide combo challenge.
Zabriskie Research may just look like a giant dustbowl, but, in practice, it is more like a circuit. There is a chasm in the center of the arena, and you will circle it multiple times throughout your runs. Once you start viewing it this way, your plan of action becomes readily apparent: clear the area where you are, and then progress to the next section of the loop. Rinse and repeat.
While the ramps along the left side of the arena do have a grindable top, this stage is probably the least grind-friendly stage in the game. However, while you can't depend on the rails to save your combos, you do have a clear shot at most enemies anywhere on the stage with your Z-11. So, that is what you will need to depend on to see those combos through.
