Rockstar has issued a statement regarding the launch state of the GTA Trilogy - Definitive Edition, admitting that they didn't launch in the right state, asking players to be respectful of the developers, and offering those who own the trilogy the original games for free on the Rockstar Launcher.
The GTA Trilogy - Definitive Edition launched earlier in the month and was instantly hit with a wave of negative reviews and poor reception from fans thanks to its poor state and tons of bugs.
