Filming for the next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is underway and Kyle Richards is already making cryptic posts about betrayal. Kyle, who is the only remaining original cast member of the franchise (and typically one of the more cool-headed personalities on the show) has nonetheless had her fair share of friendships break-up and make-up over the years. This season has seen the addition of Kyle's sister Kathy Hilton to the show and viewers are eating up the fun relationship that the sisters share. This comes after Kyle and Kathy were on bad terms for many years prior to getting past their rift.
Last season was largely taken up by drama surrounding Erika Jayne, whose declining husband Tom Girardi is in the middle of numerous lawsuits and currently receives 24-hour care in a "skilled nursing facility." Kyle supported Erika as she welcomed sister Kathy onto the show as a "friend," and their relationship brought some levity to the season as some of the other women struggled to understand touchy issues ranging from Erika's involvement in her husband's crimes to their own white fragility.

Instagram account queensofbravo shared a post from Kyle's stories that featured two quotes with no further explanation. The first slide said, "Letting things slide to 'keep the peace' only starts a war inside of you," and a second that read, "It's not the stab in the back that kills you! It's when you turn around and you see who's holding the knife." Lisa Rinna commented on the post "I'm just glad someone else is posting cryptic s**t besides me."
