Jaina and [REDACTED] Dialogue in Patch 9.2.5 (Spoilers)

For a while now the sighting of A Watchful Raven in Oribos has spurred speculation that Khadgar may be quietly keeping an eye on things. In Patch 9.2.5 that theory is borne out as a raven flies down to Jaina and resolves into Khadgar. Although central to both Warlords of Draenor and Legion, Khadgar has all but sat out for Battle for Azeroth and Shadowlands.

SPOILERS!!! Possible Story Spoilers Ahead.

In this conversation, Jaina and Khadgar catch up and talk a bit about Khadgar's plans for the future.

Khadgar: Hello, Jaina.Jaina: Khadgar! It's good to see you again. When we last parted, I regret that--Khadgar: Those were perilous times. The Legion's attack, then the war… I think we both needed to find our own way through.Khadgar: I have no hard feelings. Only friendship.Jaina: I feel the same. But surely you didn't come all the way to the Shadowlands just to find me.Khadgar: No. For years I've read about this place in Medivh's books. I stood atop Karazhan and caught glimpses through the veil.Khadgar: I suppose I wanted to gaze upon the realms of Death with mine own eyes before...Jaina: Is everything alright, Khadgar?Khadgar: I feel the weight of years upon me, Jaina. The burdens carried. The choices made.Khadgar: Hmph! Forgive the musings of an old man. I think I'll look around and see these Shadowlands a bit. See what wonders I can find.Khadgar: I've heard tales of conniving brokers, a city of secrets, and a land of ancient knowledge. How intriguing!Jaina: Sounds like you'll be keeping busy! Just don't leave without saying goodbye. I've missed you, old friend.Khadgar: Count on it, Jaina. Be seeing you.

Of course all of this really leaves us with one burning question: how come Khadgar can fly in Oribos?
