RHOA: NeNe Leakes Sued For Allegedly Sleeping With Married Man
NeNe Leakes is facing a lawsuit from a woman accusing The Real Housewives of Atlanta star of stealing her husband, Nyonisela Sioh. Nyoni is the first man NeNe has publicly dated since the passing of her late husband, Gregg Leakes. NeNe faced criticism for how fast she moved on after Gregg's death. But it looks like her new romance is producing more trouble in her life.
When NeNe went Instagram official with Nyoni around her birthday last December, fans were shocked. It came just three months after Gregg passed away from cancer. She responded to her critics, telling them that Gregg had already given her his blessing to date other people in the wake of his death. But many took offense to NeNe wasting no time going public with a new man after losing her husband of over 20 years. NeNe and Nyoni have been going strong since confirming their relationship.

But it looks like the smooth sailing is over thanks to Nyoni's wife. A woman named Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh filed a lawsuit against NeNe, accusing her of dating Nyoni while they were still married, TMZ reports. Malomine said she was humiliated when NeNe posted photos with her husband and claimed the Bravo star is the reason her marriage fell apart. With Malomine residing in North Carolina, she can take advantage of the only U.S. state that allows lawsuits against a married person's extramarital spouse. Malomine claimed to have suffered emotional distress, mental anguish and a loss of affection because of Nyoni and NeNe's affair. She is suing the OG housewife for over $100,000.
