Retro-futuristic platformer Replaced got a brand new trailer at The Game Awards 2022.
The new trailer kicked off with a number of newspaper headlines that set up the dark, alternative 1980s America the game takes place in. We then see a montage of areas the game takes place in, including a trailer park, a run-down city, a laboratory, and more. You can watch the stylish trailer below.
Replaced is set to come out on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC sometime next year. It was originally slated for 2022, but was delayed due to the war in Ukraine.
The game was first announced at E3 2021. The game is a Cyberpunk thriller with a gorgeous 2.5D art style. Replaced's story features an AI trapped in a human body against its will.
