The video shows Arthur Morgan observing an NPC sitting at a table in a tavern taking a sip out of a glass that either has not loaded into the game properly or was never there to begin with. It is unclear if the character sat down at the wrong table or if the glass was knocked over or some other misstep occurred, but whatever the reason, the NPC, instead of changing the behavior, goes along with the animation of drinking out of the glass that isn't there.
