A modder is working to create a brand-new campaign for Red Dead Redemption 2 with new missions, heists, and a fully customizable main character. Rockstar Games has become one of gaming's most prominent developers by creating the massively successful Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption franchises. Although many players feel they have played enough Grand Theft Auto 5, it still attracts thousands of Twitch viewers daily. GTA 5 and it's online multiplayer still make the developers a lot of money. Many believe that's why 2018's Red Dead Redemption 2 has seen few updates and additional multiplayer content.
Many fans of RDR2 were recently saddened by Rockstar Games' announcement that the title would no longer receive any major updates. The developer is currently working on the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 and decided to shift most of its resources to the development of what promises to be a massive game. Red Dead Online allows friends to roam the wild west together and complete heists. Still, a lack of substantial updates or additional content caused the mode's player base to shrink. Although the developer has chosen to shift its priorities, fans are not ready to let Red Dead Redemption 2 end and go out to pasture just yet. One modder is creating a substantial amount of extra single-player content that might bring some fans back to the game.

Players can enjoy a new Red Dead Redemption 2 single-player campaign by installing the Life of Crime mod, adding new missions and their own customizable character.
